Savannah Chrisley Confirms Grayson Will Attend College

Chrisley Knows Best alum, Savannah Chrisley took over guardianship of Grayson Chrisley and her younger adopted sister, Chloe when her mom and dad went to prison, but she and Grayson clashed over college. She’s young and admits she doesn’t know everything about parenting. But now, it looks like he stuck to his guns and will attend college despite her misgivings. 

Savannah Chrisley Clashed With Grayson

Four months ago, Todd and Julie Chrisley’s daughter hosted her younger brother on her Unlocked podcast. There, they argued about him attending college. She accused him of being too immature for serious study. Notably, she claimed he couldn’t even get himself out of bed in the mornings. So, she wondered how he could possibly cope with higher education.

Many Chrisley Knows Best fans felt that Savannah Chrisley should allow her brother to attend college. However, at the same time, they also know that she probably struggles with finances. Notably, she was unemployed on reality TV for a full year after her parents went to prison for fraud and tax-related offenses. 

Grayson Chrisley Will Go To College

This week, a post from Instagram Stories revealed that Grayson Chrisley is going to college in January as he had hoped. In the post, he and Chloe walked alongside their big sister on the beach. Savannah said to her Chrisley Knows Best fans, “My little crew soaking it all in before @graysonchrisley leaves for college in Jan!”

On Reddit, u/cShoe_ shared the post by Savannah Chrisley. In the caption, they wrote:

Wonder if this decision sticks?…Glad Savannah and he worked thru all the personal details privately after that initial uncomfortable podcast discussion. Sounds like a win-win and not begrudging on her part.

• I’m glad he stood his ground and is going. He still has to live his life. Find his own happiness and peace.
• I think it will, and I think it will be good for him. It’s not his fault his parents made bad choices.
• I think he got the v worst part of the deal, prime teenage years, impacts his entire existence.
• I can’t imagine your literal childhood being on camera thru your child – early teenage years and then your parents are arrested. Such a soft spot for him and Chloe.
• Last I heard he was deciding between Auburn and Alabama.
