The Young And The Restless Spoilers reveal that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is determined to go after Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Abbott-Chancellor. Victor has already sent word to Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) that he is coming after Billy. Will Billy and Lily beat Victor at his own game?

Victor Newman Has Helped The Before

The Young and The Restless Spoilers indicate that Victor stepped up to help before Lily was going to split up the company. Lily has already admitted that she is playing Billy this time around.

Will Billy get off his high horse and listen to Lily before he blows the company out of the water now that he has gotten his way.

Lily and Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) have talked privately about Jill’s displeasure with this idea. Obviously, Lily is trying to do what she promised Jill and keep Billy in line.

Lily also knows she needs to be prepared to take over if Billy does mess things up. However, Lily isn’t about to let Victor take over.

Billy isn’t afraid of Victor and believes he has this covered. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like Lily agrees with him at all. Lily seems to believe that Billy is too distracted by everything going on with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan).

How can Billy concentrate when all of his time is focused on why Chelsea is acting the way she is.

Billy isn’t able to give the company his full attention when he has so many things going on in his personal life. Billy is also going to lose it when he finds out that Chelsea’s guilt has nothing to do with her son and everything to do with sleeping with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). This would give Victor the perfect opportunity to make a sneak attack.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Revenge Is Highly Motivational

Billy may not be the best at running a business, however, if he finds out that Chelsea cheated on him with Adam, he could certainly decide to make sure that Newman Enterprise don’t come anywhere near Abbot-Chancellor. Will Billy show Victor that he isn’t the failure that he assumes he is?

Victor has looked down on Billy for years. Billy was never good enough for Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle). It is about time that Billy takes a stand and shows Victor that he is wrong about him.

Billy needs to grow up and show Victor his true abilities. If Lily and Billy put their heads together instead of working against each other, they could make this happen. Are they willing to go the extra mile?
