The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Summer Gets Judge To BLOCK Kyle’s Trip Out Of The Country, Strengthens Her Case?

The Young and the Restless spoilers show that Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) is not about to let Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) take Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell) out of the country.

Summer showed up with news that her lawyer has blocked Kyle from leaving the country with Harrison.

Summer seems to think that something will happen between Kyle and Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) or Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver).

At least this is what Kyle says, and while it may be true, who is Summer to force this on Kyle? She’s not Harrison’s mother and Kyle is his biological father. How is this even happening?

The Young and the Restless Spoilers – Did Summer Bribe A Judge?

This case seems faulty to begin with, but the things that Summer keeps getting done are beginning to seem suspicious.

We wonder if Summer, or perhaps her grandfather Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is pulling some strings in the court system to make sure this case stays afloat. There doesn’t seem to be any other explanation.

Other than, of course, her mother, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) getting some undercover help from Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc), which would see plausible.

Perhaps Michael would owe Phyllis a favor and have to do this to break even, even if it doesn’t make any sense to him.

Y&R Spoilers – Will Summer Win?

The whole situation seems very suspicious, and the fact that Summer is getting so much done legally doesn’t pass the sniff test.

There’s more going on than meets the eye and it may be time for Kyle to start playing ball himself. With Kyle still having to go to Paris, he’ll have to leave Harrison behind.

Will Summer take advantage of this situation and find a way to claim that Kyle is abandoning his son while he goes to Paris (even if it is for work), or even straight up kidnap him?

We wouldn’t put anything against Summer’s behavior lately. She could easily take this moment to go over, trick whoever is watching Harrison and take off with him.

Of course, this would be incredibly confusing for the young boy and probably traumatize him for life. But, what does Summer care?
