The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) found Tom Starr’s (Clint Howard) backpack in Penelope “Poppy” Nozawa’s (Romy Park) apartment. Poppy claims that she has no idea how it got there.

What if Poppy is telling the truth? Here are three reasons how Tom’s backpack might have ended up in Poppy’s place. Keep reading and let’s talk about this storyline.

B&B spoilers reveal that Poppy could be lying about the backpack. However, I’m thinking that Poppy is telling the truth. Poppy might have a lot of scandalous secrets and murky history, but I still think she’s innocent of murder. So, could the backpack have ended up in Poppy’s apartment via a frame job?

Poppy has already shown she has a tendency to make enemies. Poppy also has a wild and complicated history with men. So, could someone be trying to punish Poppy for something she did in the past? 

It’s also possible that Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) did it. Maybe that’s why Li had no issue telling Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) he was Luna’s bio dad. Perhaps in a warped way, Li was trying to “protect” Luna and even Bill by framing Poppy. One more possibility is that Li thinks Poppy is guilty and hid the backpack to protect her sister.

B&B Spoilers: Hidden Hideaway

Poppy’s apartment is due to be demolished. So, it would be a perfect place to hide murder evidence. In a short amount of time, the building will be torn down. Nobody would ever find Tom’s backpack under all the rubble. That and the explosives would probably incinerate the backpack’s contents.

Jack Finnegan or Justin Barber?

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that it’s interesting that even though the apartment was vacant, the backpack was hidden behind the couch.

Could Jack Finnegan (Ted King) or Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears) have hidden it there? If so, nobody expected Poppy or Luna to find it. In fact, they probably thought Poppy and Luna wouldn’t be looking behind furniture for missing bags.

The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Split Personality?

It’s also possible that Poppy or even Luna has a split personality. Maybe the “good” personality really knows nothing of this. However, the “bad” personality could have stashed Tom’s backpack there when the cops started poking around.

I’m betting Luna just because she’s too perfect. The girl has to have a naughty side, y’all!
