General Hospital Spoilers: Josslyn Rethinks Medical Career After Tragedy Strikes

General Hospital spoilers tease that there will be a lot of blame to go around as details of Kristina Corinthos-Davis’ (Kate Mansi) fall from Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) hotel room spread throughout Port Charles.

A complicated chain of events happened that put Kristina in the wrong place with the wrong person. But a couple people emerged as heroes that day as well.

Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) didn’t hesitate to dive in the water to save Kristina. She took charge of the situation and kept Kristina stable until paramedics arrived.

General Hospital Spoilers – Josslyn Jacks once planned to become a doctor

There’s a good reason for Kristina’s spot on instincts besides being the lifeguard on duty. As viewers know, Josslyn had planned to become a doctor and started out as PCU as a pre-med major.

But she questioned whether or not it was the career she really wanted or if she just wanted to study medicine in response to boyfriend Dex Heller’s (Evan Hofer) dangerous lifestyle. So when Joss and Dex broke up, Joss began to question her career path.

Josslyn decided that she still wanted to do something in the scientific field, and she finally settled on studying Environmental Science. At the time, she seemed at peace with all the changes in her life, but things seem to be moving back to the way they were.

Dex and Josslyn have been circling around the idea of reconciling and its likely only a matter of time until they make it official. Dex’s has a new career path as since joining the police academy.

But after Kristina’s fall, Josslyn may realize that she born to be a doctor. She took charge of the situation, instructing Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) step by step on how to best help her as they stabilized Kristina.

Then when the paramedics came, Josslyn went with Kristina in the ambulance. She remained calm and was able to assess Kristina’s injuries with ease. She definitely saved Kristina’s life. This might convince her that becoming a doctor is not only her calling, but her passion as well.
