General Hospital Spoilers: Maxie Warns Mac Not To Poison James Against Cody

General Hospital spoilers tease that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) has a lot going on at the moment. On the business front, Deception is currently weathering a storm after the fallout of Natalia Ramirez’s leaked audio recording.

Natalia’s not only outed her daughter Blaze aka Allison Rogers (Jacqueline Grace Lopez), but she also made several homophobic comments.

Since Blaze is the Face of Deception, that means that Deception is doing as much damage control as possible while still supporting Blaze.

General Hospital Spoilers – Maxie Jones just discovered she has a brother!

Meanwhile, Maxie just learned from Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) that they are brother and sister. Cody is actually Mac Scorpio’s (John J York) biological son.

And while Mac isn’t biologically Maxie’s dad, he pretty much raised her. Maxie isn’t the only one who loves Cody. Her son James West (Gary James Fuller), has been taking riding lessons from Cody and they have become extremely close.

James even told Cody that he felt as though Cody were his brother.

On the other hand, Mac himself is furious with Cody for lying to him all this time. Cody has known for over a year that he is Mac’s son but he kept quiet for a variety of reasons.

Mac is having a hard time believing that Cody deceived him all this time. And at the moment, he’s so angry with Cody that he wants nothing to do with him.

Maxie and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) haven’t yet been successful bringing father and son together, and in fact Mac seems angrier than ever.

Mac is so angry with Cody that he’s not really thinking straight at the moment. He told James that he could no longer take riding lessons with Cody.

Both James and Cody were upset with this and Maxie had no idea that Mac had even made that decision for her. But she assured James that she’s the one who decides who James spends time with.

Next, she’s going to have to tell Mac the same thing. As much as she loves Mac, she doesn’t share his anger toward Cody and won’t let James suffer because of it.

And while she will urge Mac to accept Cody as his son, she will also make it clear that Mac can’t make the same choice for her, and especially not for James.
