Days Of Our Lives Spoiler: Dan Feuerriegel Hints A New Storyline Direction For EJ DiMera

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers note it’s time for a fresh new chapter in EJ DiMera’s life. After all, his wife, Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) just left him and headed out of town with her baby daddy and true love Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan), as well as their child, Jude Brady (Oliver McLarty) after she learned about EJ’s deceit.

Fans haven’t seen much from EJ as late; however, with a new writing team on Days, and possibly a new lease on life, could the character take a new direction?

Days Spoilers: Dan Feuerriegel Teases A New Storyline

Actor Dan Feuerriegel posted something interesting on his Instagram Stories recently, which was a multiple-choice poll asking DOOL viewers what they thought he was filming.

The results are in, and “Get slapped for being a menace” won 52 percent of the votes from the poll, which technically just happened as Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) did this very thing not too long ago!

“Make sweet, sweet love” hit the second spot with 23 percent of the fans’ vote, while “Discover I have an evil twin got 14 percent” (but how evil would this twin be if they were ‘eviller’ than EJ?) In last place, was “EJ gets possessed” with 11 percent; fans are over anything that has to do with the devil at this point!

Still, the next photo on his IG Story revealed, “But, you’re all wrong. EJ DiMera, feeling old and irrelevant, suddenly becomes obsessed with becoming a professional snail trainer!”

He goes on to say, “I was shooting scenes where I am training my snail, ‘Shelly Belly,’ for the prestigious Salem snail racing championships. I am the snail whisperer.”

So, it’s clear that Dan was pulling fans legs on his IG story, but with Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) returning, a new storyline and possibly a new romance could be on the horizon for EJ. Plus mix into the fact that Abigail Devereaux (AnnaLynne McCord) returned (or so it seems), and without her memories she may find herself drawn to her past love,

EJ, and not her husband, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn).
