The Young and the Restless spoilers suggest there are questions involved with Tara Locke and Harrison’s (Kellen Enriquez) kidnapping. Was she aware of what happened to her son? Is she still serving time in prison?

These many questions were brought on the message boards at SoapCentral.com. The user Marie-B asked: “Did Tara give up her parental rights? Why can’t Tara post-bond and get out?”

That’s not the only question that the Y&R viewer had on their mind. They also wanted to know why Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) acted traumatized by Harrison’s kidnapping. Her father Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) assured her it could’ve been worse.

“Harrison was kidnapped by a deranged woman who attempted to murder Summer’s father, aunt, grandmother, and grandfather. He was missing for a couple of days, and no one knew if he was dead or alive. I can’t imagine how I would respond if that were one of my children and can’t criticize Summer for being traumatized by it,” one fan responded.

According to The Young and the Restless spoilers, Summer Newman was granted parental rights by her ex-husband Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). So, she has a say on Harrison’s well-being.

But she might have overstepped her rights by not wanting him around Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) and Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver).

Still, fans want to know what happened to Harrison’s mother. Will Tara end her prison sentence soon? One user argued that she still has to serve her sentence. It’s not like she can post bond to get out of jail.

However, it’s unclear how long Tara’s serving time for embezzlement. The Young and the Restless spoilers suggest that Summer is traumatized by Harrison’s kidnapping because she went through something similar. She almost thought she lost her mother, and that affected her psyche.

“I haven’t heard that Tara gave up her parental rights and maybe she just doesn’t have any money of her own to post bail… I think Ashland Locke cut her off financially,” one fan wrote.
