Zoe’s presence is crucial in the midst of all this drama, being Thomas’ ex-fiancée and Paris’ sister. B&B fans will remember Xander Avant’s (Adain Bradley) return earlier this year, warning John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) about Thomas. Could Zoe return for a similar purpose, to warn Paris about the “real” Thomas?

It’s time for Zoe to step in and caution Paris against repeating her past mistakes. In 2020, Zoe accepted Thomas’ proposal believing he had moved on from Hope Logan.

Zoe’s dream of a happy life with Thomas was shattered on their wedding day. Hope’s scheme to expose Thomas’s true feelings led to the revelation that he had been using Zoe to make Hope jealous.

It’s surprising that Paris would want to be with Thomas after the way he treated Zoe, and even more surprising that she’d get engaged to him knowing his history with Hope.

After being left at the altar by Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor), one would expect Paris to be more cautious about marrying someone who might still have feelings for someone else.

Paris should be concerned about Thomas’s loyalty, especially after seeing how Carter left her for Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer).

It’s completely understandable for her to question whether she might be the next one to be replaced by Hope. This is a topic Zoe should definitely address if she returns to town; even if Zoe has to return as a recast, she could play a crucial role in this plot.

At the very least, Zoe must reach out to Paris and caution her about the disastrous consequences of this decision.

Of course, it would be ideal if Zoe showed up in person to prevent the wedding; although Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) worries about Hope attending. 

Zoe could be the unexpected disruptor who stops the wedding if she bursts in and adamantly declares that Paris cannot marry Thomas.
