Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) is walking on cloud nine. Jude (Oliver McLarty) is in Nicole DiMera’s (Arianne Zucker) arms, and she’s decided to leave her job at the Spectator, which means she’ll be spending far less time with Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and more time at home.

Sure, Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) told him Eric was Jude’s biological father, but he’s decided to cover up that information.

On top of it all, he’s got plans to overthrow Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) as Salem’s mayor, in hopes that he can snag the job himself.

Still, will he be the one that gets burned in the end?

DOOL Spoilers: EJ DiMera Versus Paulina Price

Days spoilers state that EJ recently encouraged Nicole to pitch the “radiation” story about Paulina to Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn). The Spectator ran the story, and Paulina’s reputation in the public eye has taken a huge hit.

While Paulina risked exposing so many people to radiation because she didn’t follow hospital and treatment protocol, she didn’t do it with awful or malicious intentions. She was genuinely scared and wanted to save Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens).

EJ and Paulina have been at odds ever since the mayor gave DiMera a stern talking to as the town’s D.A. Due to his power-hungry ways in the role, she ended up firing him; however, their rivalry is far from over.

Days Spoilers: EJ’s Secret Is Exposed To Paulina

Could Paulina somehow gain access to the information that Jude is not EJ’s, but rather Eric’s, and DiMera has been hiding it to keep Nicole?

She may hear something from Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) that has her putting two-and-two together, then again, as Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) is involved in it all, maybe she throws EJ under the bus to save herself by giving Paulina the dirt on EJ to avoid losing her job or jail time.

Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) may also start asking questions, and team up with the Salem mayor to bring EJ down. Either way, EJ will have a trash story of his own hitting papers, and it’ll be all thanks to Paulina. #Payback
