Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Abigail Is Alive – But Has Her DID Surfaced In Light Of Recent Trauma?

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of June 3-7 not that Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) is about to get some news that will rock his world.

In addition, as the days (pun intended) go by, he’ll doubt what Clyde Weston (James Read) has said about his wife, Abigail DiMera (last played by Marci Miller).

All arrows are pointing toward Clyde telling Chad that Abigail is alive. Still, while most fans would love nothing more than a happily ever after for Chabby, this is the land of Salem, and the super couple will have to endure their fair share of struggles before they hit a bonafide reunion.

Days Spoilers: Not Only Has Abby Been Mentioned A Lot Lately, So Has Her DID Condition

DOOL spoilers have been teasing an Abigail comeback for a while now. If she returns, something is bound to stand in the way of a romantic reunion with Chad.

This is usually how these storylines unfold: the first step is for Chad to learn that Abigail is alive, and the next step would be to locate her. But will he find her in a condition where she recognizes him or remembers him?

There’s a good chance she may suffer from memory loss. But then again, as Abigail has had a history of mental health issues, mainly dissociative indemnity disorder (DID), could a new (or old) personality surface?

She’s likely dealt with major trauma since she’s been gone from Salem, and thanks to Everett Lynch’s (Blake Berris) DID struggle, Abby’s battle with the disorder has also been mentioned on canvas a lot recently.

DOOL Spoilers: The AnnaLynne McCord Factor

It was announced in late 2023 that AnnaLynne McCord was set to join the cast of Day, playing a character called “Marin”.

Deadline described the new role as “fascinating and complicated woman who is devastatingly beautiful, almost angelic in her outward appearance. The desire of many but her heart belongs to only one man who continues to push her away for her own good.”

There’s been so much speculation that AnnaLynne’s new character is actually Abigail, and while her name is “Marin”, could DOOL producers simply be swerving fans? After all, “Marin” could be the name of an alter ego of Abigail that has surfaced.
