Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease Mark Greene (Jonah Robinson) may find redemption through revealing the secret lab mystery. After being threatened with parole-breaking by Rafe Hernandez, (Galen Gering) he’s serious about keeping his freedom.

Mark Is Obviously Distrustful Of Wilhelm Rolf, Especially Since He’s So Secretive

Mark is obviously distrustful of Wilhelm Rolf, (Richard Wharton) especially after EJ DiMera (Dan Feurreriegel) went missing, and finding out DiMeras are apparently being targeted. Going back to prison isn’t worth it to Mark to keep working in this lab if they’re up to something illegal.

Rolf is so evasive it’s obvious there’s something shady going on and if Mark keeps working there, he may be culpable for parole violation.

Mark was a little upset by how rough Rafe was on him, and disdainful of the business card he gave him, but he kept it. He knows the best thing he can do is find out what’s really going on in there, and let the authorities know.

Mark Sees The Stasis Tube And Asks Why It’s So Cold In There-Is There Someone In The Tube?

Mark followed Rolf into a room where the huge green stasis tube was and asked him why it’s so cold in that room, and if there was someone in it?! As always, Rolf was evasive-and that just made Mark even more suspicious of what he’d gotten himself into.

All he knows is it’s some kind of research and he’s only allowed to work with lab rats, as Rafe had noted to him. What kind of substances are being injected in the lab rats, considering most of them die?

Are they secretly developing some kind of bio weapon, or is it something meant to save lives-Mark knows trial and error is just part of science, as he explained to Rafe.

Mark Makes A Decision To Secretly Take Photos And Text To Rafe

Mark makes a decision to always have his phone with him, and secretly take photos of unusual things he spots, and then text them to Rafe.

He realizes he’s going to have to bust Rolf in the process as well, so he has to be very careful-he thinks the creepy old man is dangerous!

He still doesn’t know exactly what the project is heading towards, other than some kind of experimental serum-to what end, he isn’t sure, but it is top secret.

At least he’s doing what he can to stay cooperative and not endanger his parole standing. After all, the last thing Mark wants is to never be able to get his medical license back, let alone return to prison, and possibly earn redemption for his help!
