General Hospital Spoilers: Who Should Carly Be With Now That She’s Done With Drew?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers note that while Darly fans may be a bit upset that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) have called it quits, this does open up a world of romantic opportunities for them both.

GH spoilers suggest that Carly isn’t the only single pringle in town right now, as Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) the love of her life her baby daddy, and ex, has also called it quits with his current wife, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), who also happens to be the reason CarSon divorced this last time.

There have been hints that he and Ava Jerome (Maura West) could dabble in a romance, but at the same time, likely, things may not work out between Sava.

While CarSon is dealing with some trust issues now, their love has always been a special one. Plus, fans of this super couple can’t help but wish that the two give their love, one more chance.

Meanwhile, with Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) return, the idea of Jarly giving love a go has many fans excited. Still, actress Laura Wright recently told Soap Opera Digest (SOD) that a romance between these two long-time BFFs is probably not going to happen, especially with Sonny still in the picture and Port Charles.

There have been some sparks between Carly and John “Jagger” Cates (Adam J. Harrington); however, the FBI agent seems to have chemistry with a few ladies in the little town – looking at you, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).

During Laura’s SOD interview, John Brennan (Charles Mesure) was mentioned, and while the WSB head is currently in prison, in the land of soaps, an early release is always possible.

SOD brought up the fact that there were sparks between the two when he first entered storylines, and Wright acknowledged this and stated that Brennan and Carly would make an interesting pair. Could a Brennan return be on the horizon?
