General Hospital Spoilers: Agent Cates Will Be Forced To Admit His Plans For Jason To A Furious Anna

General Hospital spoilers tease that John “Jagger” Cates (Adam Harrington) may or may not be exactly what he seems to be. He has told Police Commissioner Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) that he is in town to catch the assassins who stole a cache of weapons from the WSB and is using those very weapons to kill high powered mob leaders all across the country.

So even though he despises Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard), he seems to be in town to protect him from whoever is after him. But there is more to the story.

General Hospital Spoilers – Jason Morgan is back!

The most recent attack on Sonny happened at Selina Wu’s (Lydia Look) warehouse. Drone footage from the rooftop where the attacks originated from clearly show that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was on the roof.

As viewers know, Jason purposely made his partner miss the shot on Sonny, But because Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zomprogna) was shot trying to catch both assailants, Jason is now the number one suspect. John is supposedly leading the charge to catch Jason.

But when an injured Jason flashed back to his mysterious boss, it was none other that John himself! Without any other information, it seems as though John may have gone rogue and is the one behind the attacks on the mob bosses.

That would mean that the true enemy is hiding in plain site and that John may be so eager to capture Jason to keep his involvement secret. But it seems much more likely that there is much more to the story.

General Hospital Spoilers – Jason Morgan is undercover?

As viewers know, when Cates first recruited Jason he threated to put someone in prison for 20 years for racketeering. The deal was made inside the FBI headquarters at Quantico so the chances that John has gone rogue is slim to none.

He’s certainly not operating outside of his FBI duties. That means Jason has most likely been recruited to go undercover in order to catch the mob assassins.

But that also means that Jason won’t be of any use to John if he’s stuck in jail. But in order to free Jason, John is likely going to have to clue Anna in on Jason’s true mission.

She will likely be furious at first but she will have to admit that Jason may be the best catch of saving Sonny and the other mob bosses.
