General Hospital Spoilers: Drew’s Jealousy Explodes Over Jason’s Miracle Return

General Hospital spoilers tease that Drew Cain (Cameron Matheson) just hasn’t been the same since he was released from Pentonville.

Drew suffered quite a bit while incarcerated in the prison, including being beat within an inch of his life. So once he found out that Nina Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) was the one who anonymously tipped off the SEC to Drew and Carly Spencer’s crime of insider trading, Drew vowed revenge.

General Hospital Spoilers – Drew Cain Fired Nina Reeves

Since Drew was the owner of Aurora Media, he has the ability to hire and fire within the company, including Crimson Magazine.

As viewers know, Nina has been the Editor-In-Chief at Crimson for many years now with great success. So Drew took great pleasure in firing Nina from the position and replacing her with Carly.

For her part, Carly stayed on for one issue and then left because of Drew’s continued desire for revenge.

Drew also spent a couple years as the captive of Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) before his latest return to Port Charles. That combined with his stint in Pentonville has changed Drew.

He can’t seem to keep his anger in check. Drew and Carly have had many arguments over his desire to ruin Nina.

Drew has agreed to try but unfortunately, he may soon have another target, His twin brother, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is back after being presumed dead for over two years.

Carly and Jason have been best friends for decades now and occasionally have crossed into romantic territory, In fact, not long before Jason disappeared, he and Carly decided to marry in order to keep Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Bernard) enemies from targeting Carly and her family when Sonny had gone missing. Carly and Jason have a bond that cannot be broken.

Drew won’t understand their connection and may take matters into his own hands and plot to hurt Jason the way he planned to destroy Nina.
