General Hospital Spoilers: Could A Brainwashed Jason Have Been Shooting At Sonny And Ava?

General Hospital spoilers and rumors pose the question if a brainwashed Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) could have been shooting at Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Ava Jerome (Maura West).

Sonny talked to Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) about the way the shooter got into the Corinthos compound on Sonny’s private island and said it could only be an inside job.

General Hospital Spoilers: Jason Morgan Himself Set Up That Security System

Jason himself had set up that security system and worked out all the security protocols many years ago when Michael and Morgan Corinthos (Chad Duell, Bryan Craig) were still little.

Sonny had bought the private island near Puerto Rico so he could have somewhere safe to take his family in times of trouble, and besides, his casinos are also there.

Sonny’s current security people know the system but it really disturbs him this could be an inside job-the only one who knows how to disarm it is Brick (Stephen A. Smith).

The only reason Brick knows the system that well is because Jason taught it to him before he “died” the first time-actually prisoner in the Boronsky Clinic. All kinds of thoughts go through Sonny’s mind-could someone else besides Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) have Jason’s memories?

GH Spoilers: Distrurbing Suspicions

Sonny keeps thinking about who could have known this much about the security systems on his private island and who else could have known he and Ava would be there?

Sonny’s come to a point of trust with all his employees and especially Dex-he’s sure Dex couldn’t have done this, besides, he doesn’t know anything about the security system.

Sonny keeps having disturbing suspicions the more he thinks about Jason and if there’s a possibility someone else could have his memories-the only way that could happen is a backup copy.

Drew didn’t want his old memories and the transfer didn’t work two ways-Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) had his old memories, not Jason’s.

General Hospital Spoilers: Jason Morgan Wouldn’t Miss His Targets

There’s one thing that lets someone with Jason’s memories out-maybe-and that’s that he wouldn’t miss his targets, although it’s possible the shooter has the memories but not the skills.

But there’s another factor to this shooter with seemingly poor aim-although he did take out a guard who didn’t see him coming. Perhaps the shooter has fine aim and is a deadly killer, but he wasn’t trying to kill, only trying to send a message.

That’s a thought that scares Sonny even more as to who this mysterious marauder might really be. Jason used to do that too-who else is out there that has some of his memories-or is Jason alive and brainwashed?
