General Hospital spoilers report Cody Bell (Josh Swickard) and Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) might be busy with their new shared career roles at Deception.

Cody is enjoying reaping the rewards of his not-so-hard word, and Sasha is happy to have a supportive friend on board whom she can trust isn’t going to push her into a relationship before she’s ready for one.

But Sasha and Cody seem to have no rules against pushing other people into relationships. Now that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Damien Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) have become the target of these cupids’ arrows this month, will the former lovebirds-turned-co-parents see the light and fall in love?

Sasha seemed to be on the same page when Cody suggested a playful bet that would have left the losing team — Maxie and Spinelli — paying for the Deception models’ night out on the town. Cody and Sasha may be flirting with romance themselves, but she’s not yet ready to take that leap — with anyone.

However, Sasha and Cody are more than ready for Spinelli to make a move on the Maxonista, and that could start with the night out they’ll be planning for the two of them. Will their forced fix-up inspire Maxie to see what’s right in front of her?

Maxie and Spinelli are far from traditional. If their night out is going to be centered around Valentine’s Day, their friends will have to get pretty darn clever with whatever way they suggest they spend it.

It’s been ages since Maxie and Spinelli were anything more than co-parents. So setting them up with a candlelight dinner, couples massage, or anything heavily romantic on the most romantic day of the year isn’t likely to pan out well.

Rumor has it that fans of Maxie and Spinelli will have to pine a little longer for this romance to blossom. Maxie is just now warming up to the idea of having Spinelli around, but she isn’t looking at him as a potential partner in life.

She’s just happy to have some adult company in the house, and it doesn’t hurt to feel like a family again. But she’s already been down this road with him when she tried to force their family to work despite not having romantic feelings for the guy.
