General Hospital (GH) spoilers for 2024 suggest that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) will embark on an adventure, as they work together to wrap up some details around Bobbie Spencer’s (Jacklyn Zeman) death.
With news that actor Steve Burton (Jason Morgan) is headed back to the land of Port Charles, did Bobbie stumble upon her daughter’s BFF while she was away? Was she trying to bring him home?

GH spoilers for the week of January 8th that an unknown stranger will crash Bobbie’s funeral. Whatever said stranger says will have Felicia and Carly bonding, as well as heading out of town to resolve some unfinished business on Bobbie’s behalf.
Dan O’Connor and Chris Van Etten, GH’s head writers, recently told Soap Opera Digest (SOD) that this “stranger” that attends Bobbie’s funeral would have a massive impact on the storyline and raise questions about Bobbie’s past and present, as well as the town’s future.
Now, could Bobbie have had a child that no one knew about? Anything is possible in the land of soaps! With that being said, as it has been confirmed that Steve Burton is returning to the show, is it possible that Jason Morgan is somehow linked to this storyline?
GH Spoilers: What Was The Reason Behind Bobbie Spencer’s Extended Stay?
It’s interesting to note that while both Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) and Bobbie went to Amsterdam together to settle Luke Spencer’s (Anthony Geary) affairs, Tracy returned for holiday fun, while Bobbie stayed back. If she had an inkling that Jason was still alive, she may not have shared it with Tracy. After all, Ms. Q was never a big fan of her thug nephew, and she may have compromised his return in some way.
While Steve Burton JUST announced his departure from Days of Our Lives (DOOL) and return to GH, this doesn’t mean that the planning and filming haven’t already taken place for this storyline. After all, plenty of actors and actresses play double-duty on soaps, and Jason may be linked to Bobbie’s passing storyline. Fans will have to wait and see what happens next!
