The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Why Did Eric Forrester Not Remarry Donna Logan?
Eric and Donna have been back together for a long time now. Eric has also known about his condition for quite some time. Why has Eric not chosen to remarry Donna before now?
Eric has been super focused on making the most of the time he had left, and yet he has spent that time working on a legacy line instead of marrying the woman he professes to love.
Eric has told Donna time and again that she would be alright once he was gone and yet he couldn’t take the time out of his busy schedule to marry the woman he claimed to love with all his heart.
Why could Eric not bother with this one little thing that would have made Donna ecstatic? Eric could have made their relationship official in the blink of an eye but didn’t.
Eric Forrester Gave Power Of Attorney To Ridge Forrester
The Bold And The Beautiful spoilers also reveal that Eric chose to give his medical power of attorney to Ridge instead of Donna. Eric knew this would give Donna no say over what happened to him when things got bad.
Donna couldn’t even choose to try a treatment if it became available because everything was out of her control.
Donna is currently having to fight with Ridge to allow Finn to try a treatment that he came up with for Eric because Ridge is refusing to cooperate with Donna, as well as Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) or Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang). Ridge doesn’t believe that this is what Eric would want because it is experimental.
B&B Spoilers: Ridge Forrester Is Being Unreasonable
Ridge has been going right along with the family trying to find any way possible to save Eric’s life up until he was given Power Of Attorney.
Now all of a sudden, even though Ridge and Eric have been fighting until recently, Ridge pretends to know what Eric wants. However, just a few days ago, Eric admitted to Donna that they hadn’t had enough time together.
Donna may honestly be so upset after being forced to fight for Eric’s survival that she chooses to walk away instead of going through this again.
If Eric doesn’t want to marry Donna or allow her to choose his fate, how can she continue to be with him? Is this too much for Donna to take if something were to happen to Eric again?
