General Hospital Spoilers report Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) never shies away from putting someone on the spot. If she wants information, she’s going to get it.

Her resourcefulness should not be underestimated — especially by her family, who adores her too much to say no. Needless to say, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) is far from one to tell Violet to mind her own business.

So when Violet asks how soon she can expect Chase and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) to get married and deliver her a baby cousin, no one will be surprised by her forwardness.

But Brook Lynn might be rather shocked by Chase’s response nonetheless when he tells Violet they hope to get started on a family right away.

Do we suspect foreshadowing on Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) part? When Brook Lynn told her she and Chase were engaged, and that they were planning their wedding for just a few months away, Maxie couldn’t help but pan down and wonder if Brook Lynn was hiding a bump under her satin blouse.

While it doesn’t signal that Brook Lynn will end up pregnant, it could be a nod at forthcoming tension between the engaged couple who are soon to disagree on all things family planning.

Hearing Chase tell Violet — and the rest of his family — that they can expect a new addition to the family just as soon as he and Brook Lynn can make it happen is going to have Brook Lynn wondering if she missed something.

Did they have a conversation about this that led him to believe she intended to become a mother right away? She certainly wants to have children with him, but she’s focused on her career right now, and she thought he understood that.

How will they mitigate this issue without making it a dealbreaker? Chase can’t possibly be that unforgiving, can he?

General Hospital Spoilers — Brook Lynn Has Her Doubts

This is going to be a tough period for Brook Lynn to handle — and at a time when she thought she would be the happiest she’s ever been. She was hoping to revel in the joy of being a bride-to-be for a bit longer, but Chase wants to get married as soon as they can.

He will emphasize the importance of his father being there — coherent and still able to enjoy it. That may be permissible to Brook Lynn, but having a child on Gregory Chase’s (Gregory Harrison) schedule is a much bigger ask.
