Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) and Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) will be under the gun after Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) overdoses.

Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) will question them if the drugs she took came from The Bistro, considering Holly and Tate Black (Jamie Martin Mann) were seen there.

Overdoses have been trending around Horton Town Square, and sadly, many have been teen deaths due to the drugs being laced with Fentanyl.

Holly is on life support after taking bad pills, she almost didn’t make it-horrible, after Nicole DiMera (Arianne Zucker) losing her baby-that fact not being lost on Ava.

It’s not lost on Stefan either, since by marriage Holly is his niece-she’s EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feurreriegel) stepdaughter and EJ turned Stefan down when he asked for help.

Stefan had asked EJ to help him eliminate Clyde Weston (James Read) after Gabi DiMera (most recently Camila Banus) was hurt in prison. Stefan knew it was a message to keep him in line-will EJ agree to it now?

Ava thought she had Harris convinced that she and Stefan were involved, and that was why they’d been seen together so much. But that isn’t making sense to Harris, because he can tell Ava has feelings for him and Stefan’s too upset over Gabi for that story to be believable.

Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) has been talking about it and he’s upset as well-Stefan went through too much to give up on his wife.

He’s not buying what Ava and Stefan are trying to sell him-meaning their cover story that Ava came up with about her and Stefan having an affair.

But, another thing that doesn’t make sense to Harris about Ava willingly being involved in the drug dealing is he knows her ex-fiancé was killed by a drug junkie!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Harris Michaels Questions Ava Vitali Alone

Harris has to do his job and he has to question Stefan and Ava, but he also questions Ava alone-he suspects if she’s moving drugs through the Bistro it’s not willingly.

He knows about Gabi being beat in prison and is connecting the dots-he suspects Stefan and Ava are being forced to do what they’re doing. He knows what it is to be doing things a person doesn’t want to do, whether under duress or brainwashed.

He was in that situation being brainwashed by Megan DiMera (Miranda Wilson). Ava won’t admit to her and Stefan being blackmailed to move drugs, but Harris suspects that’s the case.
