Thanks to Sloane Peterson’s (Jessica Serfaty) meddling and a doctored paternity test, EJ believes that he is the father of the baby that Nicole Walker (Arianna Zucker) is about to deliver.

Sloane was desperate to cover up the fact that Eric Brady (Greg Vaughn) is the true father. But tragedy is about to strike, leading to even more deceit and lies.

As seen in the Days of Our Lives winter promo, Nicole will soon be involved in a car accident that leaves her in labor on the side of the road.

Of all people, Leo Starke (Greg Rikaart) will be the only person around immediately after the accident, so he will be tasked with delivering Nicole’s baby.

While details are still scarce, it looks like Sloane will end up caring for Nicole’s baby immediately following the accident. Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) will then come up with a shocking idea!

DOOL Spoilers – Sloane Peterson Will Present Nicole Walker’s Baby To Eric Brady As Their Adopted Son!

Sloane and Eric Brady (Greg Vaughn) have been trying to adopt a baby. Melinda idea is for Sloane to claim this her and Eric’s adopted son, with Melinda offering to pay a shady doctor to claim that Nicole’s baby died not long after the accident.

That means Eric will be raising his biological son with Sloane, although he will believe that the boy was adopted. EJ and Nicole will certainly be devastated by the truth, and EJ may vow to investigate to whole situation.

EJ is a very smart man and he has plenty of resources at his disposal. He will likely figure out that Nicole’s baby didn’t die, but is being raised by Eric and Sloane.

And thanks to the real paternity test results tucked away in the DiMera safe, he will also likely find out the child wasn’t even his. But instead of telling Nicole and Eric, it seems more likely that he will confront Sloane or Melinda.

Either one of the women would point out that if Eric and Nicole get their baby back, they will most certainly reconcile. This may keep EJ quiet even if it means keeping a terrible secret from Nicole.
