He was last seen in the little town in December 2021, and it was only for two, holiday episodes. With Halloween on the horizon, fans need to brace themselves for a whole new Danny Morgan!

GH spoilers confirm that young actor Asher Jared Antonyzyn will debut on the soap, the week of October 30th. Sounds like Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will have some spooky festivities for Halloween planned and they’ll gather their blended family together. Asher Jared Antonyzyn will be taking over the part from child actor Zakary Risinger.
GH Spoilers: The Resemblance Is Uncanny
For anyone who’s seen a photo of Asher Jared Antonyzyn, he bears a striking resemblance to Danny Morgan’s bio dad, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Although Stone Cold is no longer on canvas, as he’s thought to be dead, it’s often very neat how casting directors will stay true to a character’s biological roots.
While Jason is believed to be dead, and actor Steve Burton is currently playing Harris Michaels on Days of Our Lives (DOOL) the land of daytime drama can always shift, very quickly. Still, with this new recast appearing on screen in the coming week, could this mean fans will see more of Danny Morgan, moving forward? His half-brother Jake Spencer (Hudson West) has also re-appeared on the canvas and is struggling with all the losses he’s had to deal with as of late, from his bio dad Jason to Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) and his Uncle Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) locked up in prison and almost losing his life recently after getting beat up in jail. Perhaps Jason’s sons will get that much closer in the weeks ahead.
