DOOL spoilers suggest that Abigail is quickly becoming a factor in Chad DiMera’s (Billy Flynn) new relationship.
There’s been a ton of marriage talk swirling; however, Chad is apprehensive, while Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) seems like she’d be ready for the big dive but is trying to act like she’s not.
Just the fact that Abigail’s been mentioned so much this week, her birthday, her passing, and how reflective Chad has been about their romance, has raised fans’ eyebrows.
Soaps don’t usually bring up past names unless there’s a storyline developing. The arc could center around Stad’s commitment issues, and Abigail’s ghost becoming an elephant in the room for their relationship, but it also could mean the show is gearing up for a major return.
Especially with the soap shifting back to the local prison, with Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) bantering with Clyde Weston (James Read) about killing his niece.

Speaking of, fans also can’t ignore the screen time Clyde’s gotten in the past couple of days. After all, he was the one who murdered Abby.
Fans also recently learned that Clyde was the one who handed Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) over to Edmund Crumb (Adam Caine) for leverage against EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel).
EJ and Chad bonded over their mutual hate-on for Weston, and EJ also made a comment about how happy he was that Susan was alive, but sad that Chad was still struggling with his wife’s death.
Was this a way to foreshadow things? After all, Clyde sat back and allowed everyone to believe Susan was dead for so long … could he be doing the same when it comes to Abigail?
