General Hospital spoilers spill Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) has gone out on quite a limb to help Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) this time.

Word on the street is Dante still harbors some guilt about letting Cody take the rap for him years ago. Is his guilty conscience fueling his desire to help Cody out even when he may not always deserve it?

Dante always roots for the underdog and wants to see people climb out of the holes they’re in. He may feel like it’s necessary for him to look out for Cody given how little his childhood pal seems to be looking out for himself. But he might not be the only person interested in keeping Cody safe.

General Hospital Spoilers — Dante Bends The Rules

Dante isn’t just known for upholding the law, but he’s known for chastising those he knows who are into breaking it. So fans were surprised when he went with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) to see Cody and Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) — who are both being sought by the authorities right now.

Furthermore, now Dante is withholding information on their whereabouts. He has also shared confidential police investigation information with his girlfriend as she attempted to get the toxicology report for Sasha from the day she stabbed Cody.

Is Dante developing a penchant for bending the rules of the law? It appears that even if he has to sacrifice himself, Dante is going to protect Cody. Do we notice a pattern here?

GH Spoilers Hint Cody Is Busy Protecting Sasha

It’s not an uncommon question at this point: Why is Cody so invested in making sure Sasha makes it out of this mess safely? He barely knew Sasha before she started to go off the rails and yet he instinctively believed he knew her best.

He knew she was being influenced somehow and hadn’t relapsed. He knew Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) had to be involved.

And now, he believes he knows how to help her get ahead of her mother-in-law and Dr. Damon Montague (Darin Toonder). Even if he has to sacrifice himself, he’s going to save Sasha.

General Hospital Spoilers — Mac Is Used To This

Bending the rules is something Mac Scorpio (John J. York) is a bit more comfortable with than Dante maybe He’s been at this a long time, and if you haven’t noticed, his relationship with Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) is heavily mirrored by Dante and Sam’s.

As Mac seems to bend the rules to help Cody, too, he won’t have a stellar explanation for why he’s going out on that limb.

Knowing they are bound to bust Selina Wu (Lydia Look) for her illegal poker games at The Savoy soon, will Mac be able to protect z Cody from that blowback on the heels of him escaping from Ferncliff and taking Sasha with him?

It would seem that even if he has to sacrifice himself, Mac is going to protect Cody, too. Will his son have the courage to tell him the truth? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to find out.
