Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Will Alex’s True Paternity Bring Him Closer To Maggie Or Intensify Their Feud?

Days Of Our Lives: Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson)

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers hint that things are about to change in the land of Salem. Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) just found out that he’s Victor Kiriakis’s (John Aniston) son, not his grand-nephew. He also just learned he inherited half of the Greek tycoon’s fortune.

As things were dicey between him and Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) before this insane news hit, will the two bond over this revelation, or will their rivalry heat up?

DOOL Spoilers: Power Over Titan Heats Up

Days spoilers for the week of October 2nd indicate that Alex will be ready to “stake” his claim on what’s his. Some months ago, the young Kiriakis heir was focused on getting that comfy CEO spot at Titan, before Maggie swooped in when Victor appointed her to the role.

Subsequently, the two butted heads until Alex was eventually fired by the fiery redhead. He’s wanted to run Titan for a long while, so now that he owns half of Victor’s estate, he’ll be ready to sit on the throne of his father’s company and run things, “his” way. But will Maggie allow that to happen?

Days Spoilers: They Could Get Closer

Maggie and Alex could continue their rivalry; however, for a hot minute, they did (sort of) get closer when the news of Victor’s death surfaced. Both characters have done their fair share of misdeeds over the years, but neither are terrible people.

Alex might be ready to claim leadership at Titan, and Maggie could decide to step down. After all, Victor raced to Greece for a reason and changed up his will at the last minute, because he wanted Alex to get his fair share of the fortune.

Victor was all about family and there was nothing more important to him than his children. While he may not have always seen eye-to-eye with his other sons Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) and Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier), he loved them dearly; and Maggie knows this. Plus, even as simply his grand-nephew, Victor loved Alex.

He was family, and Ms. Kiriakis may see the importance of “passing the torch” on to Victor’s youngest son.

Then again, maybe the two will decide to work side-by-side, or maybe, due to the number of shares they (respectively) own, they’ll be forced to.
