DOOL spoilers indicate that EJ’s son Johnny will try to derail his father’s plan. Digging into the history between Ava, Johnny, and EJ, father DiMera despised Vitali, even before she kidnapped Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk), and Johnny was quite smitten with Ava.
He cared for her deeply and *almost* had a romance with Tripp Johnson’s (Lucas Adams) mom, but nothing ever truly came to be.
The closeness between Ava and Johnny enraged EJ, but they eventually went their separate ways.
Still, if Johnny puts two and two together and realizes what EJ has planned, he’ll do his best to put a stop to it.
Added teasers seem to indicate that Vitali and Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) will escape Bayview and head out on the run; however, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will also be at the facility to investigate some “trouble” that’s occurred.
