Counting On: Jessa Seewald Confirms New Pregnancy

Counting On alums Jessa Seewald and her husband Ben were heartbroken when she suffered a miscarriage. However,  the good news is that she expects another baby and that means that if all goes well, they’ll welcome their fifth child. In the last few years, they expanded their family from just two kids, Spurgeon and Henry.

Counting On: Jessa Seewald – Then There Were Four Kids

In 2021, the family had already welcomed Ivy, a sister to the two boys. They had experienced a miscarriage before, but in due time, Fern arrived, keeping the girls linked to flowers. However, their happiness has been marred with the loss of little ones. In fact,  in February this year, they told their fans that Jessa experienced more loss. So naturally, they are thrilled that now they look forward to another child. Like her mom, Michelle Duggar, she seems determined to raise plenty of kids.

Counting On fans see some cute photos of Fern, Ivy, and the two boys and they think it’s great that the kids all seem fine with new rivals. Except for Fern, of course, who is yet to experience not being the baby of the family. Hopefully, things will go wonderfully for her mom with the announcement of her fifth child on the way. Counting On: Jessa Seewald Reveals Pregnancy Test

Taking to her YouTube Channel the first thing that TLC fans saw was a positive pregnancy test. Jessa told them, “After a heartbreaking loss of our baby last year, just this past week we found out some wonderful news.” Then, she talked about how “excited” they feel because they can look forward to their new “rainbow baby.” She added, “We’re so thankful for the gift of this precious life!”

The Counting On alum didn’t say anything else about the baby, and instead, she went on to talk about a getaway with Ben. They didn’t take the kids with them. Jessa explained, “It was so relaxing and refreshing to have this time together.” In fact, she said that it was the “first time” that they did that. Fans commented on the break, and one of them said, “I’m so happy you got to have a relaxing vacation! Looks like a lot of fun in the sun! Lots of dining experiences and touring the history of the area! God Bless! Thank goodness for grandma and grandpa!.”

TLC Fans React To The Baby News

Counting On fans were quick to talk about the positive pregnancy test. They sent in a lot of love and many congrats went the way of the couple.

One follower wrote, “Congratulations! I’m very excited to see a new baby is on the way. I’m praying for you and your baby that you’ll have a healthy safe pregnancy and delivery.”

Another subscriber said, “Congratulations!!!!! SO excited! Tie breaker baby! I can’t wait! Sending good wishes for moma and baby!”
