The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers document that Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) can not accept what her husband believes. She only sees the monster in Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown).

John Finn Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) acknowledges that his birth mother committed terrible acts in the past. He does not deny Sheila shot and left both of them for dead in the alley behind Il Giardino.

But Finn also realizes that without Sheila’s presence on the beach behind the cliff house, Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras Mckinlay) could have died. She was prevented from likely drowning because Sheila saw Kelly go into the water while Finn was talking to a nurse about a patient.

Something Steffy could not see was standing in front of her. An eyewitness to Kelly’s rescue is the authority on what happened.

Steffy fears Sheila’s involvement in her family’s life because of the many times she terrorized them. Wood’s character also realized that Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) warning about Finn’s vulnerability to Sheila was right.

However, due to the emotion of the moment, Steffy could not see what Finn meant. Viewers know that by the end of the drama, he told her that she had to stay away from him, Steffy, and their children.

Finn is not as far gone as Steffy believes. But she is also not wrong in feeling completely unsettled about the immediate future.

It feels like Steffy is heading for at least a temporary break from Finn. She sternly asked how he could be trusted after what happened at the beach and who was involved.

Steffy volunteered that she knew Finn hugged Sheila at the courthouse but did not offer details regarding her knowledge. Steffy also did not mention Liam kissed her twice in recent weeks.

Novlan’s character was incredulous and deserves compassion for what he endured. But Steffy feels her maternal instinct overrides his paternal role and the connection he has to Sheila.

Sheila Carter Will Not Stay Away

Deacon tried to make Sheila see that her selfless actions presented an opportunity. If she did not push herself upon Finn and his family and enough time passed, a better life would be possible.

But Sheila was having none of it. Like Steffy’s response to Finn, Sheila has a determined outlook and is not budging from it.

The above means Sheila will make more contact with Finn. A cliff house check on Kelly or stopping by the hospital to see Finn are not out of the question on B&B.
