General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will be tied up in Russia for much longer than they expected to be there. Chechnya isn’t going to lead them to Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss), but Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Ava Jerome (Maura West) might be able to put an end to those worries when they find out Nikolas is very much alive and has never left Port Charles. Of course, that doesn’t mean he’s living his best life, or up and living it at all. Moreover, rumor has it Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) is about to wake up — and her mother won’t be there.

General Hospital Spoilers — Luke Spencer May Be Alive

Laura thought she was headed to Russia to find her son, but what she just might find instead is her ex-husband. Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) was presumed dead a couple of years ago, but new information Laura and Valentin happen upon overseas will lead them both to question what’s really going on at that Cassadine family home in Chechnya. The only person they’ve come in contact with thus far seems intent on making sure they don’t look any further, but that’s not going to deter Laura when she realizes Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) deed to Spencer may have been a way to taunt her the whole time.

General Hospital Updates – Nikolas Cassadine Is Healing

It seems that Laura’s desire to reunite with her daughter, Lulu, might have to take a backseat to her next discovery. While in Russia with Valentin, she may uncover some information that could lead them straight to Nikolas. But once Laura finds him, it may not be the happy reunion she had hoped for. In fact, it seems that Nikolas is in the same dire situation that Laura’s daughter, Lulu, has been in. It will be a heartbreaking realization for Laura, and it will be interesting to see how this all plays out when she has to break that news to Spencer and Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl).

Dante Falconeri’s Life Will Be Upended

We recently saw Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) swing by the clinic where Lulu has been receiving treatment. It was kind of him to make sure Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) doesn’t miss a moment with her mom while Laura is out of town. If Laura is tied up with Luke and/or Nikolas, she won’t be able to rush back to Port Charles right away. Thus, she’ll have to entrust someone else to see to it that Lulu is discharged safely and comes home with help on board. Enter Dante. Will Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) accept his role in his ex’s life when he has to move back to their family home with her in tow until Laura can take the reins?
