Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers and updates tease as Ava Vitali’s (Tamara Braun) guilt continues to bring Susan Banks’ (Stacy Haiduk) “ghost” to her, Ava remembers something important.

Might that something be what actually happened to Susan, since her body was never found after that car crash down a steep cliff?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Reaching Out?

While Ava was freaking out over a woman who slightly resembled Susan at Bayview, Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) trying to keep her calm, EJ DiMera (Dan Feurreriegel) woke from a nightmare.

EJ relived the night when his mother went over the cliff, the car exploding and while Ava escaped, Susan was never found, and EJ sat drunk on the cliff’s edge.

Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) soon showed up and assured EJ there was nothing to be done, and Susan likely burned up in the fire.

No trace of Susan, who had been tied up in the backseat of the car Ava drove off the cliff, has ever been found.

Yet, Ava continues to see Susan accusing her-likely her guilt bringing up her “ghost” but there is that dream EJ had-could Susan be reaching out?

Days Of Our Lives Updates – Ava Vitali Was Following Orders Of Another Ghost

At the time, Ava was following orders of another ghost-namely her dead son, Charlie Dale (Mike Manning) who’d tried to kill her and drugged her into psychosis.

Days Of Our Lives: Susan Banks’ (Stacy Haiduk)

Ava’s further downward spiral that started with her “murdering” Duke the Bear became even worse when Jake DiMera, (Brandon Barash) whom she’d just gotten engaged to was killed in her arms.

She and Jake were engaged for approximately one minute when he was killed, and by the time she forced Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) to kidnap Susan, she was at the bottom.

But in Bayview, Ava’s hallucinations of Susan continue until she remembers something important.

Ava remembers something important she escaped from the car before it exploded, Susan was no longer in the back seat!

Ava remembers her screaming as the car plummeted, her hallucination of Charlie long gone. After all this time, unless Susan got a head injury and amnesia, surely she’d have turned up if she had survived.

But that is a small comfort to Ava, who now has to deal with Susan’s possible survival, and she and EJ want revenge.

Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) never mentioned having Susan, and no one saw her with Megan DiMera (Miranda Wilson) either-if she lived, where could Susan be?
