General Hospital spoilers suggest Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) will soon need a way out of a new crisis. He thought this lawsuit against the WSB would be the answer to his prayers, but Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) has news for him that will suggest otherwise. There is no way Cody can win this lawsuit without proving that he is the only surviving heir of Leopold Taub (Chip Lucia). Exhuming the guy’s body is the easy part. Guaranteeing a DNA test will match them as father and son is another thing. Without many friends to call his own, Cody will make a desperate plea to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) that leaves him rather friendless in the end.
General Hospital Spoilers — Dante and Cody Call It Quits
Dante is the only person who knows Cody’s secret — that Mac Scorpio (John J. York) is really his father. If Cody plays his cards right, he hopes to cash in on $10 Million from the WSB as compensation for the ice princess necklace being destroyed. Of course, Dante doesn’t agree with this scheme, because he knows Cody is committing fraud. Likewise, he doesn’t like what his childhood chin is doing to Mac either. But when Cody reminds Dante that he has dirt on him and could tell all about Dante’s criminal past that he took the fall for, it’ll be hard for Dante to deny him the help he is seeking. He still will though.
GH Spoilers Hint Selina and Cody Strike a Deal
When Cody realizes he can’t count on Dante, exposing him is the last thing on his mind. He was only issuing that threat to get what he wanted, but that doesn’t mean the truth about he and Dante’s past won’t come to light if Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) starts asking questions about why Cody and Dante aren’t speaking to each other.
Still, Cody will need help and Sam may become aware of just how badly he needs it as she has been spying on his interactions with Selina Wu (Lydia Look) in an effort to get to the bottom of why Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) is involved with a mobster. When Selina offers to fix the DNA test with Leopold, knowing she will cash in on the deal as well, we can expect it’ll still come at a cost to Cody.
General Hospital Spoilers — Mac Can’t Turn His Cheek
Mac just can’t seem to shake his concern for Cody’s well-being. Call it paternal instinct but Max has no idea why this young man matters to him so much. Cody has clearly become more than just a friend in Mac’s eyes and he doesn’t want to see him go down for things Selina has been the ringleader of. Still, he’s not sure he has the means to stop any of it. But when Mac starts to unravel what’s going on between Cody and Selina, he may learn just how connected he is to this guy after all.
