General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is in for more bad news. She may very well find out she’s not off the hook for prison time after all just because Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) tried playing hero-his deal went south!
General Hospital Spoilers – SEC More Interested In Drew Cain-Yeah Right
The impression gotten by both Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) and Zeke Robinson (Gavin Houston) was that the SEC was more interested in Drew, as the Aurora co-CEO. But when Judge Kim (unidentified actor) gave his ruling, he came down hard-he gave Drew three years in Pentonville, but all Drew knew was Carly would have some fines. He offered to put his company up for sale but Carly wouldn’t let him-that’s his daughter Scout Cain’s (Cosette Abinante) legacy.
As hardline, as that judge is, considering Drew’s deal went majorly south, Carly may have to do prison time after all as well-she was the one who bought all that stock. In Judge Kim’s eyes, Carly doesn’t deserve any leniency either although he may consider her young daughter and give her three years also as opposed to twenty!
General Hospital Updates – Ava Jerome Is Frantic Because Of Carly Spencer’s News?
The same day Carly gets more bad news Ava Jerome (Maura West) is frantic; could it be because of Carly’s bad news? Her daughter with Sonny Corinthos, (Maurice Benard) Avery Jerome-Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) is very close to Carly and to Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Brielle Spears). Ava, of course, is in a difficult position since she’s also close friends with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) so she’s stuck in the middle. It’s bad enough that Carly could owe stiff fines she may not be able to afford, but if she goes to prison, Sonny gets Donna and that means Nina gets her. Bad for Carly, not so bad for Nina and Sonny, and not so bad for Avery.
Seven Days Is Down To Four Or Five
By this time, the seven days Judge Kim gave Drew is probably down to four or five, and he and Carly are running out of time. Drew will make a promise and that promise might be to find some way to get Carly out of this mess. Just how many strings anyone could try and pull now may be a moot point-Drew doesn’t have any and neither do Sonny or Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).
It may be a case of it is what it is, and Carly has already said she was willing to take her punishment. She didn’t want Drew to turn himself in to save her, and now it looks like his turning himself in didn’t.
