Little People Big World fans saw Jackson Roloff grow up before their very eyes. In 2017, he was born on May 12, and soon, he turns six years old. Fans saw him crawl, then stand, and walk and these days he plays soccer, is an active kid despite his bowed legs, and is a charming brother to Lilah and Josiah. But, when did his hair turn dark?
These days, Jackson started playing soccer with average-sized kids. In fact, he scored a goal against one team recently. Tori Roloff was so proud of him. But for the first time, he started questioning his differences. On social media, she talked about him asking why the other kids questioned his short stature. Anyway, they soon stopped worrying about that as he booted a ball into the net. TLC fans see him as just an adorable cute kid, but there’s something other than size that seems different: his hair.
As the People Big World star grew up, fans might have noticed that his hair changed color. Nowadays, he’s in kindergarten, and he was thrilled to be the center of attention on his first day. Additionally, people see him playing with his younger siblings. But if you cast your mind back, he didn’t look very dark-haired as a toddler. All of a sudden, he seems to be getting darker and darker as he closely resembles his dad, Zach, in many ways.
In the past week, Tori shared a lot of photos of the kids. One of the most recent ones came on her Stories on the occasion of her birthday. Additionally, she shared photos from the day they celebrated Josiah’s first birthday. On his own first birthday, Jackson hardly had any hair at all, but what there was of it was soft and blonde with a touch of ginger. By the time he was two, in 2019, his hair was definitely showing a deep coppery redness.
Little People Big World fans who take the time to scroll through Tori’s photos will notice that he started to grow darker hair when Lilah was about eight months old. These days, even photos of him playing soccer without a hat, show that he’s gone dark like his dad. Is it unusual for kids to change their hair color?
The People Big World kid isn’t unusual with his hair color. Actually, even some adults miss their white-blond tresses of childhood. According to The Tech Org, “Hair and eye color are mostly determined by our genes. But it’s not just by the genes we have, but also by whether those genes are turned on or turned off. And since genes can turn on and off throughout our lives, this means your hair color can change!”
