The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers show that characters on the show frequently switch sides, and with Amanda Sinclair’s return (Mishael Morgan), perhaps there will be more conflict in the near future. She made it obvious to Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) that she didn’t care about their relationship, but I think she still has feelings for Devon Hamilton (Bryton James).

Despite the excellent way Amanda spoke to Abby, I think there was more going on inside and things she didn’t say. Soon, she and Devon might share a significant moment, and we have a feeling it might entail a passionate kiss!

In an effort to diffuse the situation and ensure that everyone was okay, Devon might attempt to speak with Amanda after she had her encounter with Abby. However, this could bring up previously suppressed emotions that they wouldn’t be able to control.

Abby shouldn’t be surprised since they both cheat, so Devon will hold onto this private moment until he sees he needs to be honest with her. I don’t believe Abby and Devon will endure, not even Dominic. Abby is illiterate, they don’t seem to have much in common, and Devon and Amanda seemed to have more in common.

Abby’s heart will be broken by an error that Devon will make. The true question is whether Amanda and Abby will engage in combat, in which case I think we all know who would prevail. Abby would be utterly destroyed by Amanda.

Even Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), Abby’s father, who would likely be crying and covered in snot, might feel she had it coming after she cheated on Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd). While he loves his daughter, he may not condone her actions!

There is going to be some drama coming between Devon and Abby and it will be sooner rather than later. They have already fancied themselves as cheaters and now they will forever be perceived as that (much like everyone else in Genoa City so they will fit right in). The big question is whether will Dominic stay with his mother when all of this falls through.
