The Young and The Restless spoilers reveal that Phyllis collapsed at the gala celebrating Genoa City’s bicentennial. The original plan was to set up Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters). However, Jeremy seems to be enjoying this a little too much. Has Jeremy pulled a fast one on Phyllis and double-crossed her? Is Phyllis in over her head?
Phyllis reported told the medic that she was poisoned while in the ambulance. Perhaps that was not a setup but the truth. Could Jeremy have told Phyllis she was taking a pill that would cause her to appear to have a major health issue only to actually poison her? Perhaps, Jeremy, has Phyllis locked up against her will after all.
The Young And The Restless Updates – Phyllis Summers Could Never Stick To This Plan
No matter what Phyllis was trying to do, if it was possible she would reach out to her children. Phyllis could never let her children suffer by believing she was dead even if she thought she could go through with it. Phyllis would have to be locked up to keep her from coming to her children or at least trying to contact them no matter how mad she is at them right now.
Phyllis was acting a bit crazy at the gala. What if Jeremy has her locked away in a mental institution? As erratic as Phyllis was acting, Jeremy could easily make a case for Phyllis having a mental breakdown. Phyllis may have gone into this willingly but that doesn’t mean that it will stay that way. Stark isn’t likely to let Phyllis out of this deal even if she wants out. Is Phyllis in real trouble?
What Could This Plan Truly Accomplish?
Phyllis dying in an ambulance fire isn’t likely to do anything to put Diane away. Unless more evidence is manufactured against Diane, she would not go down for this. How would Phyllis come back home? Unless Phyllis had amnesia, how could she possibly ever return home? Did Phyllis even consider this when she agreed to this plan?
Has Phyllis gotten in over her head this time with no way out? If no one knows Phyllis is alive, how is someone supposed to ride to her rescue? Will Phyllis ever be able to return home or has she sacrificed it all for nothing? Will Phyllis turn the tables and beat Stark at this own game once and for all when the truth comes out?
