General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: When Liesl Can No Longer Donate Her Bone Marrow — Somebody Else Will, But Who?

General Hospital: Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati)

General Hospital (GH) spoilers leak Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) life has taken a remarkable turn in recent times. She has gone from feeling alone and uncertain about her place in the world to being surrounded by family at every turn. For someone who has been deprived of siblings, aunts, uncles, and the like, this change is nothing short of miraculous.

Willow found a new sense of belonging and purpose that was missing from her life for so long when she found Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and their son, Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver). Family is paramount in Willow’s life, and she wants nothing more than to continue building those relationships for years to come. But all hopes will be dashed when Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) reports he is bringing Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) home — but in pretty rough shape that leaves her ineligible to be Willow’s donor.

General Hospital Spoilers — Liesl Obrecht May Not Pull Through

Not only is Liesl going to be incapacitated and too unwell to be Willow’s bone marrow donor, but she may not survive this ordeal herself. What will happen to her? Is it possible Victor will unleash that nasty pathogen on her? Will she be targeted alone or are there others involved? Liesl is going to have an uphill battle recovering from this attack — whatever it is — so she won’t be very aware of her inability to save Willow’s life. Fortunately, someone else is going to.

General Hospital Updats – Willow Tait Has A Secret Relative

Can this family really handle any more surprises? Someone tells Willow to get ready. If she thought it was major news to hear that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) was her birth mother, she’s going to be stunned to find out she has a sister — a living one. When it becomes clear to everyone that Willow has just days to live unless they find a miracle donor, the whole town is going to rally around the Quartermaine family and offers their support. People will be lined up to get tested. They love their Quartermaine’s and GH in this town. When one of the least likely people turns out to be a match, it’s going to spur a lot of questions about how.

The Face of Deception

Rumors have been swirling that Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier) or Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin) are going to reprise their roles and race back to town to save Willow’s life — conveniently explaining how undead they are. The truth is, it’s more likely that Willow already has a living sister right in town — who already knows her.

When Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattson) came to town years ago, it was as part of a ploy to dupe Nina into thinking she was her long-lost daughter. Now, the truth comes out that she is actually Willow’s sister, though it’s more probable that they share the same father — Silas Clay (Michael Easton) — than they do mother. Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers just ahead to see how this dirty laundry airs out.

  1. […] As a part of the SEC investigation, Carly’s accounts are frozen, as are those of Aurora Media. Drew is still in Greenland trying to rescue Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) so Willow Corinthos’ (Katelyn MacMullen) life can be saved, and Nina is just realizing the harm she’s done. Unfortunately, as she often does, Nina leaped before she looked, and now Willow may never get her bone marrow transplant and she could die, as well as Liesl. […]

  2. […] Everyone will be thrilled to hear that Victor is done for — a fate long awaited by a man who had the displeasure of knowing him. But that doesn’t mean a select few won’t wish things could have gone differently. For starters, back in Port Charles, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) has returned, and she’s got an ax to grind with Victor for taking the love of her life — Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) — away from her. Likewise, Spencer will play along with his family like he’s celebrating his great uncle’s demise, but deep inside, he’s sowing seeds of guilt for leaving him on that ship to rot. […]
