Little People Big World: Audrey Roloff Shares A Sad Milestone For Radley

Little People Big World (LPBW)  alum Audrey Roloff welcomed Radley into the family in 2021. His big sister, Ember, and his older brother, Bode seem just fine with their sibling. Of course, as a three-time mom, Jeremy’s wife has been through all of the milestones with her previous children. However, this time, a milestone seems to have made her feel very sad. So, what’s up with little Radley? Read on to find out.

Little People Big World: Audrey Roloff Shares Radley’s Milestones

When Radley Roloff turned seven months old, his mom shared the great news that her son had started to chatter away quite confidently. Personally, she felt that he started to resemble herself quite strongly. However, the exciting news arrived that she started taking him to “infant” swimming classes. Naturally, TLC fans who had also done the same thing with their babies approved of that. After all, parents can’t be too careful when it comes to safety around water.

Little People Big World fans also saw a happy mom when her son turned one year old in November last year.  In fact, she did a big photo dump that covered his progression from pre-birth through to a year. By then, he’d started to look a lot like Bode. Radley, his mom opined, would soon start developing much faster, and new milestones would come along rapidly. Three months on, he did exactly that, but his mom seems to have mixed feelings about it.

Little People Big World: Audrey Roloff Feels A Bit Sad With Radley

This week, Radley Roloff’s mom took to her Instagram stories and shared a photo of herself cuddling her baby boy. In it, she seemed to have a wistful smile. Meanwhile, Radley sat there holding a storybook and sucking on his pacifier. In the text overlay, his mom wrote, “Refused the boob for the first time tonight.” Then she added, “I’m not crying.”

Certainly, it looks like the Little People Big World alum won’t have any issues with weaning her son. Is it unusual for a child to wean themselves? Well, according to Very Well Family, “Sometimes a baby stops breastfeeding on his own. However, young infants rarely wean themselves. True self-weaning is usually gradual and happens after a child is a year old.” As you can see, Radly Roloff decided not to prolong the process.

Soon, Radley Will Be Running Around

Little People Big World alum, Audrey Roloff might feel a bit sad that her little boy meets his milestones as time flies by. However, she might have the opportunity to experience breastfeeding again. Bear in mind, Jeremy came from a family of four kids. So, they might want at least one more child.
