Hallmark Channel News: New Rodeo Series Announced, What We Know!
Hallmark Channel spoilers reveal that fans are getting very excited about one of the new shows on the network. This series will be much like Yellowstone and Heartland, but with the Hallmark touch. The series is called Ride and the network announced that it would be coming soon.
Who’s Starring?
Fans were excited to see that Nancy Travis, from Last Man Standing, will be starring in this series. Along with Tiera Skovbye, Beau Mirchoff, Sarah Garcia, Jake Foy, and Tyler Jacob Moore, fans are thrilled to see this star-studded cast! There will be some other Hallmark Channel regulars as well. We will see Marcus Rosner from Romance to the Rescue and Dylan Neal from The Gourmet Detective.
Much like Yellowstone, this show is about a multi-generational rodeo family. It is a drama that will take place in Colorado. The show focuses on the McMurray family. They are part of a rodeo dynasty in Colorado and they are dealing with a horrible loss in their family. The show is all about how each member of the family will end up dealing with this trauma. There will also be a storyline about how the ranch may be headed for closing and the family will have to fight for it.
The McMurray Family
Travis is excited about playing the role of Isabel McMurray. She is the mother of the family and she doesn’t let anything get past her. Her second son, Cash McMurray has suddenly found himself carrying the whole family’s legacy. He didn’t know what this would do to him and now he has to figure out exactly what he needs to do to help the ranch and his family. This task will not be easy on him. Missy, who has married into the McMurray family was not used to being part of the ranch. A former beauty queen, she now has to work on how she will fit in and if the McMurrays will accept her.
The season premiere of Ride will be on March 26 at 9 p.m. EST on Hallmark and on Peacock. Fans will also make note that this will be the last night of the Hallmark series, The Way Home, Season 1. There were will be a total of ten episodes of Ride and the last one will premiere on May 28. The Hallmark Channel is very excited about the premiere of Ride and they hope that fans will have a new favorite show to turn on this spring.
