General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Ryan Has Ava Right Where He Wants Her — Under His Control

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) has been living in a bit of a fantasy for some time now. It’s been enough for him to hang onto the idea of confronting Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West), knowing that he would get to again one day and things would once again be on his terms. Ava never could have imagined that day would come so soon. She made several visits to Spring Ridge to see Ryan and convince herself that he really was locked in and bound to a wheelchair for the rest of his life. Seeing him in the flesh and hearing him speak to her again hasn’t rendered her completely useless though. The fear she once had of this man seems to have dissipated. Perhaps she has recently proven to herself just how strong she is when she killed her husband, Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss).

General Hospital Spoilers — Ryan Chamberlain Didn’t Do It

When the PCPD finally reach Spoon Island, they’re going to collect Ryan, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl), and Heather Webber (Alley Mills). The stories that spew forth from all three of them will tell a tall tale. Esme still doesn’t remember anything about her life before her memory loss, but some of those memories might come to mind again as she is further traumatized during her trip to Wyndemere with her parents. Speaking of which, finding out that Heather is actually her birth mother could really send Esme spiralling. Heather is going to have quite a story for the police about how Ryan coerced both her and Esme into doing his bidding, but Ryan will only have one story to tell. He didn’t kill Nikolas and he has no idea how that body ended up in the stables.

General Hospital Updates –  PCPD Will Believe He Did

The PCPD will be rather perplexed by this case. It does seem like Ryan is telling the truth, but it’s coming from a psychopath with a history of serial lying. Furthermore, Ryan normally loves to take credit for his crimes — especially murders. It’s not like him to shy away from such, and it’s not as though he thinks getting away with the murder will help him escape a lifetime behind bars. He has little to lose by admitting to killing Nik, but as time passes, he’s going to come to realize he has much more to gain by taking the fall either way.

Ryan Chamberlain Knows Ava’s Secret

Ava is going to tell Ryan all that he needs to know just by the way she acts. When Ryan is clued into Ava’s perception of him as her husband’s murderer, he will realize she’s acting. She’s lying through her teeth; she knows exactly who killed Nikolas and how he got to those stables. When Ryan puts two and two together, he will realize his covering for Ava might keep her indebted to him, which is everything he has always wanted.
