General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint February is not for fathers in Port Charles. Truth be told, we’ve seen a variety of problematic paternal issues spring up this year so far, and they’re showing no signs of slowing down. Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) still isn’t talking to his father, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Valentin Cassadine (James Stuart Patrick) is letting his father, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy), believe he’s dead while he works to unravel the laundry list of dirty deeds he’s done against many people in Port Charles. Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) dad, Jeff Webber (William R. Moses), has recently confessed to having an affair 25 years ago and hiding the truth from Elizabeth that his mistress was Reiko Finn (Mele Ihara) — Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) late wife — and that Elizabeth contributed to her death. That might sound atrocious, but there are even more dramatic daddy issues at play right now in Port Chuck.
General Hospital Spoilers — Esme Prince ’s Father Is Definitely The Craziest
No one is more insane than Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom), and it was Esme Prince’s (Avery Kristen Pohl) worst nightmare to find out he is her birth father. We aren’t even certain yet that Esme believes this claim, but it was enough to make Esme cry out “No!” in agony. She doesn’t want to the spawn of his man. She knows his reputation, and she knows she is desperate not to be anything like him or to be guilty of any of the crimes she’s been charged with. Knowing that she may share DNA with this monster only concerns her more for the well-being of her unborn baby.
General Hospital Updates – Spencer Cassadine’s Dad Knocks It Out Of The Park
Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Chavez) dad, Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss), has allegedly left town without even saying goodbye. Spencer tried to shirk it off in front of Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West), but she could tell he was bothered that his dad didn’t even tell him he was leaving Port Charles. Of course, Nik is actually lying dead in the stables, but he wasn’t earning the title of World’s Best Father before his demise either. Nikolas had an affair with his teenage son’s girlfriend — Esme — and got her pregnant. He lost his wife and chose his new child over his son in the process as well.
Trina Robinson Doesn’t Know Who Her Father Is
Fortunately for Spencer, his budding girlfriend, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), is going to be able to relate to him now — however unfortunate that is for her. Trina has just found out her mother, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), has been keeping a dreadful secret for the last twenty years. Her affair with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) all those years ago could have produced a child after all — her! Trina has spent her entire life believing Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) was her biological father, and it might all be a lie fabricated by Portia.
