90 Day Fiancé mom Loren Brovarnik is a great advocate for moms and the natural things that can occur after giving birth to children. These days, she raises three kids, Shai, Asher, and baby Ariel. This weekend, she spoke about postpartum depression, and as she’s an influencer, TLC fans think it’s a good thing.

When Alexie and Loren married, the TLC stars quickly set about growing their family. Now that she’s 34 years old, she has three little kids all in diapers. Mind you, Shai will probably meet his potty training milestone soon. Did you know that she struggled with postpartum depression after she welcomed her first son? And then, she had some issues when baby Asher arrived. Additionally, all three of the kids were NICU-based for a while.

Baby Ariel arrived in September last year and the little girl finally left the NICU for home. At the time, Loren looked tired and worn out. But with the baby at home, she perked up considerably. Obviously, she adores her child who seems to be very much her mom’s new bestie. However, the postpartum depression started setting in and this time around, she seems to be struggling a lot. In fact, she described the third time around as much “harder” than the first two kids.

On February 12, Loren took to her Instagram and shared a photo of herself with Ariel. On a photo, she wrote some text overlay that said, “PPD is real.” Actually, she looked a bit down. Next, she shared a video and told her TLC fans that she’s “definitely relapsing” as far as things go with “postpartum depression.”  Next, she explained that she thought she was doing well, but because she started feeling and she searched “on Google.”

The 90 Day Fiancé star discovered that sometimes. relapsing with postpartum depression “can happen.”  Next, she described some of her emotions and talked about crying. She added, “yes, I cry.” Sometimes, all she has to do is “look” at her baby and she feels emotional. Then, with her voice breaking, she said, “I cry for no reason.”  However, her baby also makes her “smile.” The TLC star added, “it’s a very real state.”

People Are Not Alone

90 Day Fiancé fans who watched the video heard that Lorten Brovarnik thinks about others who suffer. She assured them that they are “not alone.” Additionally, she said that together with those other folks, “we’re going to get through it.”
