The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Thomas Fesses Up…Sort Of

Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) informs Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) all about the visit from CPS and assures her that Douglas Forrester (Django Ferri) is fine and he is confused why anyone would call CPS and tell the agency that Douglas is in danger. He also assures her that the visit didn’t affect Douglas badly in any way and Hope appreciates the honesty.

This honesty leads them both to say nice things about one another’s parenting skills and the compliment surprises, Hope and Thomas. They actually have a conversation not filled with animosity and accusations.

“For all of Thomas’ faults, one thing that will always be true is his love for his son and his decisions to help make this a family,” Matthew Atkinson said in the October 10, 2022, issue of Soap Opera Digest. “Thomas wants Hope to see that and respect that, and of course, with the history there, it causes her to question him, but I think she genuinely believes that Thomas wants to be the best dad he can be.”

The Bold And The Beautiful Updates – But Who Called CPS?

While it seems obvious that it was Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) who called CPS, she denies it vehemently. But there is a recording with her voice on it that leaves many fans to believe it was Thomas who called CPS and not Brooke. Thomas could have used the voice-altering app on Douglas’ phone to make it sound like Brooke called when it was really him, but would Thomas really do a thing like that?

Thomas seems to genuinely want his son back so why would he do something so risky when he can easily be caught? Could someone else have taken the voice app and done something like that just to drive a wedge into Brooke and Ridge’s marriage?
