General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Diane’s week-long surgery is over and she is ready to talk to the police and tell them what she knows.

General Hospital Spoilers – Diane Has Some Answers

We assume Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) having to administer the antidote to the venom on The Hook delayed Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) getting into surgery because a week after she was brought into GH after being stabbed, she is finally out of surgery and it was successful.

While Diane is not feeling her best as nobody would after almost succumbing to a serial killer, she still has more information to give the PCPD than any of the other victims so far. Both Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) are there to hear what really happened. Sonny feels Diane was attacked on his watch since he left her in the garage for Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) to guard and then she was hooked.

Sonny even believed that Dex was the culprit, but when he hears what Diane has to say he will know for sure that’s just not true.

General Hosptial – It Was A Woman

Both Sonny and Robert are shocked when Diane informs them that she turned around before she was stabbed and actually saw her assailant, or at least saw enough of the person to turn this investigation upside down.

“The details are coming back slowly, but they are coming back,” Carolyn Hennesy said in the October 10, 2022, issue of Soap Opera Digest. “Then she has a flash of memory and she can remember that the serial killer had bracelets. They were jangling. She came face-to-face and it was a woman, not a gentleman. It’s a surprise to everyone when she is adamant that it was a woman.”

With Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) back in town wearing a hoodie, it would seem that it might have Esme who did the deed, but Esme is also way too clever to wear bracelets every time she attacks someone. That means that Esme sounds like as much of a red herring as Dex. And now that Sonny knows a woman did it, will he finally let Dex down from that meathook?
