But Phyllis does not want to change course. She is convinced that she has to protect Jack. He has repeatedly told her that is not necessary.

But Phyllis is pursuing her revenge plan against Diane. Stafford’s character sees it as her only and most promising link to Jack. She feels he will eventually be grateful for this plan being realized, as Diane will be exposed as a fraud, or so Phyllis hopes.

Phyllis sees Diane as a she-wolf. But Jack has his emotions under control where Diane and Phyllis are concerned, at least for the time being.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Diane Jenkins Tied To Shady Past

Diane has changed her life. First, she decided to leave the shadows and her faux name (Taylor Jensen) behind in Los Angeles, California.

Crossover fans of The Young and the Restless must wonder if a Bold and Beautiful character, who was connected to Diane’s faked murder, will eventually make his way back to Genoa City, Wisconsin.

Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) has his hands full with a returned-to-life Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown). So, maybe both characters cross back to Y&R, and viewers learn that Diane was linked to Sheila in the recent past as well.

The Young And The Restless Updates – Jack Abbott’s Eyes Are Open

Jack has told Diane and others that he does not trust her. Phyllis is one of the people Jack confided in regarding his guard being up.

But Jack is single, and he does have a sense of compassion for Diane. While they were never married, it is plausible to believe their son and grandson establishes a base to build on.

Phyllis seems unable to recognize that Jack can handle his own life. Bergman’s character is past the point of reconciling with Phyllis as well.

Phyllis Summers Loses More Than One Person?

Jack is Phyllis’ main concern. She is dismissing her daughter’s suspicions of her intentions at Marchetti and growing concerns. That is a major mistake.

Phyllis has allowed herself to become obsessed with Diane and has involved herself with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) in a plot against Walters’ character.

Summer Newman Abbott (Allison Lanier) is rightfully worried about her mother. When she learns what her mother is up to, Phyllis will break her daughter’s trust. More importantly, she will break Summer’s heart.
