Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers and updates tease that Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) will be shocked and embarrassed as an overprotective Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) crashes her business meeting. Worse yet, he’ll have his Black Patch partner John Black (Drake Hogestyn) with him, and they’ll burst in, brandishing guns!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Secret Meeting, Dangerous Client

Stephanie explained to her father that she was in Salem to have a secret meeting with a client who wished to remain anonymous. But all Steve could think is that it was an Orpheus (George Del Hoyo) plot and there is no real client. Stephanie gave many reasons that made sense for the client to wish to be anonymous.

Steve’s response was to enlist John to help him track his daughter to this “fictitious” business meeting to protect her from Orpheus. He was right about Orpheus’ involvement but not like he thinks; it’s his overprotection of Stephanie that Orpheus is using to distract him and John.

DOOL Spoilers – Grown Woman, Daddy Not Needed

Stephanie is a grown woman and a business owner who doesn’t need her daddy’s overprotection. She is meeting this secret client because the client offers her a lucrative contract to represent them. She’s not a teenager who needs Daddy stalking every boy she likes or likes her, although she is not unaware of Orpheus’s schemes. She was once kidnapped by Orpheus herself and knows what he’s capable of but she doesn’t see Orpheus faking this client or meeting as her father does.

She’ll know him if he sees him and pepper spray in his eyes will work whether Steve thinks it won’t or not. By the time she reaches the meeting place, she chuckles to herself about her father’s paranoia.

Days Of Our Lives Updates – How Dare They?

Stephanie is with her potential client who is about as far from being Orpheus as one can get, and it’s going well until Steve and John bust in with guns drawn. To say she’s embarrassed is the understatement of the century and she’s really upset when her potential client starts to call the police. As for her father and John, they try to apologize but Stephanie’s not sure the deal can be salvaged, even though she tries to explain.

Steve, however, as well as John, have some explaining to do to Stephanie as to why they felt they had to follow her and possibly lose her a lucrative contract. How dare they act like the cavalry to the rescue when the cavalry was not needed and not called?
