The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers document that Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) will achieve the seemingly impossible. But on soaps, all things are possible, as Sheila will not initially be tagged as her son’s killer and her daughter-in-law’s attempted murderer.

Selective amnesia is the plot device of choice, with Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) not being able to recall that Sheila took two shots at her. The first killed John Finn Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) by accident. The second was no accident but the realization of an ignored threat to not dial 911.

As of the start of the second full week in April, Wood was still posting to her Instagram account. So, Wood and her husband’s third child had not arrived yet.

Fans have wondered how TPTB would address the birth of Wood’s third child since this first became public knowledge months ago. The answer is arriving as current episodes play out.

The shooting can allow Steffy to be hospitalized for a while. Her memory issues can also allow Sheila’s fate to be postponed until Wood’s character recalls the horrible truth.

Devoted B&B fans, along with crossover fans of The Young and the Restless, know that Sheila has a long history of obsession with babies.

Sheila has been desperate to get to know her grandchild, Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Samantha Worden and Piper Harriet). But Steffy was adamantly opposed to that happening.

However, Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) championed Sheila’s cause, which allowed a visit with the Finnegan family at their Christmas Eve get-together at the cliff house. Sheila forced other contacts with Finn as time passed, with her goal being to normalize relations.

Steffy was the wall Sheila needed to climb. But the ladies had it out at Il Giardino and in the alley behind the only restaurant that appears to be popular in this version of Los Angeles, California.

 When Is Justice Served?

Developing events and Wood’s assumed maternity leave likely mean advanced scenes have been recorded. So, Steffy could be seen on the show for an extended period if so desired through television magic.

Meanwhile, Sheila is projected to gain access to her grandson. Finn is no longer alive to protect him. Steffy is incapacitated and mentally impacted. So, she is unable to defend her child from this monster.

The above creates a horrible fear. Might Sheila take Hayes before Steffy is herself again or when she remembers what happened?
