The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers and updates tease that Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) has started to want to find love. Chelsea has been getting over her past love Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Chelsea had been away from Genoa City to help her mother Anita Lawson (Catherine Bach). Chelsea got help from Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) while she was away. Chelsea got close to Rey when he was helping her. Chelsea has been surprised that she has developed feelings for Rey. Chelsea knows that Rey is married to Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) but she has started to want to find a way to be with Rey.
Chelsea knows that she does not have a strong chance to be with Rey. Rey is in a committed relationship with Sharon. Rey and Sharon have had to overcome many challenges to be together. Rey had trouble getting to be with Sharon at the beginning of their relationship because of his ex-wife Mia Rosales (Noemi Gonzalez). Rey was able to leave Mia in order to be with Sharon. Rey provided Sharon support when she was battling cancer. Rey helped Sharon when her daughter Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) was injured in an accident. Rey has been able to get Sharon through many difficult problems. Chelsea is conflicted because she has become friends with Sharon. Chelsea does not want hurt Sharon by taking Rey away from her.
Chelsea knows that Rey has been concerned about Sharon’s past loves. Rey has been concerned about Sharon’s connection to Adam and to Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). Sharon has been getting close to Nick again. Sharon has been helping Nick with different problems. Nick and Sharon have been worried about their son Noah Newman (Rory Gibson). Noah has been trying to fight his feelings for Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks).
Sharon and Nick have wanted Noah to be able to put his feelings for Tessa in the past. Sharon has been trying to help Nick with the problems that he is having with his family. Nick has been worried about his sister Victoria Newman Locke (Amelia Heinle) because she is having problems with her marriage to Ashland Locke (Robert Newman). Rey has noticed that Sharon and Nick have been spending time together. Rey has been concerned about Sharon getting closer to Nick. Chelsea has seen that Rey has been worried that Sharon and Nick may end up becoming a couple in the future.
The Young and the Restless Chelsea has been surprised by her feelings for Rey. Chelsea had a dream about being kissed by Rey. Chelsea found that she could depend on Rey when he helped her with Anita. Rey got close to her son Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) when she was helping to help Anita. Chelsea does not want to come between Rey and Sharon but she is hoping that their relationship may not last. Will Chelsea get her to wish because Rey and Sharon break up? Sharon may be drawn back to Nick and decide to leave Rey. Chelsea would want to be the one that Rey would turn to if he loses Sharon to Nick. Will Chelsea be the one to help Rey to pick up the pieces if he loses Sharon?
