General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Is Brook Lynn The Solution To Maxi’s Problem?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) might just be the solution to each other’s problems. As viewers know, Brook Lynn isn’t really pregnant but her plan to con Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) may require an actual baby for Valentin to lay eyes on if her plan doesn’t come together as quickly as she hopes.

General Hospital Spoilers – Maxie Jones Needs To Make Everyone Believe Her Baby Is Dead In Order To Keep Her Away From Peter August!

Interestingly, Maxie needs to be able to successfully convince her loved ones, as well as the baby’s father, Peter August (Wes Ramsey) that her baby died in childbirth. Currently, Maxie and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) are trying to figure out who should take Maxie’s baby and hide her until Maxie can reclaim her daughter and Peter is no longer a threat.

Britt thinks that whoever it is that Maxie should not be privy to it. And while that makes a lot of sense, there are too many things that could go wrong. But if Brook Lynn agrees to pretend that Maxie’s baby is her child, she might be able to get what she wants from Valentin, the ELQ shares that she had been tricked into signing over to Valentin.

Maxie Jones And Brook Lynn Quartermaine Haven’t Always Gotten Along

Maxie and Brook Lynn are at best frenemies, so it seems that Peter wouldn’t even consider the possibility that Maxie would let Brook Lynn anywhere near her daughter, and might go a long way toward convincing him that the baby that tied them together was gone. But as viewers know, Peter can be quite vengeful.

If he decides to get revenge on Valentin, it’s possible he might target Brook Lynn and “her” baby and Peter might inadvertently harm his own child. But hopefully, Maxie won’t have to pretend her baby is dead for long. Surely Peter will face the legal system for his crimes.
