Days Of Our Lives (DOOL) Spoilers: Paul Telfer Doesn’t Mind Seeing Xander’s Downward Spiral

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers and updates tease that Paul Telfer doesn’t mind seeing his character Xander Cook in the downward spiral that he’s been in. And that’s not because he doesn’t like him or wishes the worst for his character, but because of another reason instead. Here’s what he has to say.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Paul Telfer Doesn’t Mind Seeing Xander’s Downward Spiral

Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, the handsome actor says that Paul is certainly enjoying seeing Xander in his downward spiral following the loss of the love of his life, Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey). In fact, Paul says that he was surprised the storyline that he was most recently given was definitely different than what he had in the past.

Paul puts it this way, “I understand that there was this big endeavor to not necessarily redeem him, but to take some of the harsher edges off of him, and see him intend to try to change and become a better person.”

“And as much as I enjoyed all of that, it is nice now to be able to return him back to a more dark version of Xander. It’s not like he’s just reverting back to the way he was before. He’s reverting back to the way he was before the knowledge that he can try to be a decent, moral person.”

Days Of Our Lives Updates – What’s Next For Xander?

Paul went on to say that seeing this different side of Xander and what he can do has certainly been fun, but at the same time, he knows that many DOOL fans are going to be upset at Paul for some of the things that he’s done, and of course the fact that Xander and Sarah are no longer together.

With that said though, Paul says he hopes fans and viewers will get to see some wild things that Xander will get himself into in the coming weeks. Of course, DOOL fans will have to tune in to find out what will happen next!
